Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad Base

  • 8 oz rotini pasta can substitute farfalle or penne
  • 8 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • While pasta is cooking, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels then crumble.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
