This 2 Ingredient Fruit Dip is incredibly easy and fast to make! With just two simple ingredients, you get a sweet and creamy dip perfect for fresh fruit. It's become my go-to for quick snacks or last-minute parties when time is tight but I still want something impressive and delicious to serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme also called marshmallow fluff

For Serving (Optional)

  • fresh fruit strawberries, apple slices, grapes, banana
  • graham crackers optional

Instructions
 

  • Ensure your cream cheese is properly softened to room temperature (about 30-60 minutes on the counter). If you're short on time, unwrap the cream cheese, cut it into cubes, and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Place softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Add the marshmallow creme on top.
  • Using an electric mixer (hand or stand), beat the ingredients on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth and fluffy. The mixture should roughly double in volume.
  • Transfer your finished dip to a serving bowl. For optimal flavor development, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

For a lighter version, use light cream cheese.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For best texture after refrigeration, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
Place plastic wrap directly on the surface of the dip to prevent a skin from forming during storage.
