- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika adds extra depth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey optional, substitute with maple syrup for a different flavor profile

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
