- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Ensure your cream cheese has reached room temperature for optimal blending.
In a medium mixing bowl, blend the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
Add the buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and lemon juice, stirring until well incorporated.
Fold in your shredded chicken, ensuring it's well-coated with the creamy mixture.
Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese. If using blue cheese, sprinkle half into the mixture.
Spoon the mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish or a 9-inch pie plate. Distribute the remaining mozzarella and blue cheese (if using) evenly across the top.
