- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 oz
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
Toppings
- 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed (about 30 crackers)
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
Fold the shredded chicken into the creamy mixture, ensuring even distribution.
Transfer half of the chicken mixture to your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
