Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry white wine Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc recommended (750ml)
  • 1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water added just before serving

Fruits

  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 green apple cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries halved
  • 1 cup green grapes halved

For Serving

  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly and slice them thinly. For maximum flavor extraction, consider lightly muddling about 1/4 of your fruit mixture.
  • Pour the white wine into a large glass pitcher. Add the triple sec and honey or agave syrup. Stir gently until the sweetener dissolves completely.
  • Gently add all sliced fruits to the wine mixture. The fruits will initially float, but during the chilling period, they'll infuse the liquid with their flavors.
  • Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, though 4-6 hours yields optimal flavor infusion.
  • Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently. Pour into glasses filled with ice, ensuring each serving contains a colorful assortment of the infused fruits.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately for the best effervescence and flavor.

Notes

For a personalized touch, rim glasses with sugar mixed with lemon zest before pouring.
Try freezing some of your fruit beforehand to use as natural ice cubes that won't dilute your drink.
