  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix substitute: 2 tbsp homemade ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup fresh cucumber finely chopped, seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeds removed and minced (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until smooth and well integrated.
  • Blend in the ranch seasoning mix, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Ensure your cucumber is properly drained by placing the chopped pieces in a clean kitchen towel and gently squeezing out excess moisture.
  • Fold in the cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and fresh dill. Use a gentle folding motion to maintain the integrity of your vegetables.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld together.

Notes

For best results when prepared in advance, store the base separately from chopped vegetables and combine a few hours before serving. Make sure to properly drain cucumber to prevent the dip from becoming watery. For a dairy-free option, substitute plant-based yogurt and vegan cream cheese.
