Equipment

  • Glass Pitcher
  • Wooden Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle crisp white wine 750ml, Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc recommended
  • 3 white peaches ripe, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Wash and slice the white peaches into thin wedges. Leave the skin on for color and texture.
  • In a large glass pitcher, pour the bottle of white wine. Add the peach schnapps and white grape juice, then stir gently with a wooden spoon.
  • Add honey or agave nectar and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Gently fold in the sliced peaches, lemon, lime, and mint leaves.
  • Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, though overnight is ideal.
  • Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently. Serve in wine glasses over ice, ensuring each glass gets some of the soaked fruit.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine with white grape juice and skip the peach schnapps.
Yellow peaches can be used if white peaches are unavailable.
For a less sweet version, replace honey with 2-3 tablespoons of stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
Store without the sparkling water for up to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
