Glass Pitcher
Wooden Spoon
- 1 bottle crisp white wine 750ml, Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc recommended
- 3 white peaches ripe, sliced
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
- 2 cups white grape juice
- 1 lime thinly sliced
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup sparkling water
- ice cubes for serving
Wash and slice the white peaches into thin wedges. Leave the skin on for color and texture.
In a large glass pitcher, pour the bottle of white wine. Add the peach schnapps and white grape juice, then stir gently with a wooden spoon.
Add honey or agave nectar and stir until completely dissolved.
Gently fold in the sliced peaches, lemon, lime, and mint leaves.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, though overnight is ideal.
Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently. Serve in wine glasses over ice, ensuring each glass gets some of the soaked fruit.
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine with white grape juice and skip the peach schnapps.
Yellow peaches can be used if white peaches are unavailable.
For a less sweet version, replace honey with 2-3 tablespoons of stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
Store without the sparkling water for up to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
